Once you've chosen all the items you need, simply submit your request for a quotation. Our team will then provide you with an offer that includes stock availability, lead times, pricing, and incoterms, helping you make informed purchasing decisions quickly and easily..

To submit an RFQ, browse or search for the products you need and click the Add to Quote button to add them to your RFQ cart in the top right corner. Then, visit the RFQ cart on our website, (on the top right corner) and provide details like quantity,target price, and other specific requirements, and click Submit. Our team will respond with pricing, stock availability, lead times, and incoterms.

Some components may have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). This will be specified in the quote response based on the manufacturer’s requirements.

Our standard turnaround time for RFQ responses is within 24-48 hours. However, for more complex or bulk orders, it might take slightly longer. We’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.

Yes, once you submit your RFQ, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link where you can monitor the status of your request. You can also log into your account to view past and ongoing RFQs.
