The Request for quote feature allows you to select products and add them to your RFQ cart located at the top right of the screen ( available only for registered users).

To submit an RFQ, browse or search for the products you need, and click the Add to Quote button to add them to your RFQ. Then, navigate to the RFQ cart on our websited (located on the top right corner) and provide details like quantity,target price, and other specific requirements, and submit. Our team will respond with pricing, stock availability, lead times, and incoterms.

Typicaly 12-48 hours. However, it can take longer with some products. You are assigned a key account manager as soon as you place a RFQ, who will keep you updated about your request. any delays.

Yes. All our our products are purchased directly from the Manufacturer (or a pre-defined authorised channel). By default all warranties extended by the Manufacturer would extend to you as purchaser. And yes, we can provide a COC on request.
