To submit an RFQ, browse or search for the products you need and click the Add to Quote button to add them to your RFQ cart in the top right corner. Then, visit the RFQ cart on our website, (on the top right corner) and provide details like quantity,target price, and other specific requirements, and click Submit. Our standard turnaround time for RFQ responses is within 48 hours. However, it can take longer with some products. You are assigned a key account manager as soon as you place a RFQ, who will keep you updated about your request. any delays.

Yes. All our our products are purchased directly from the Manufacturer ( or a pre-defined authorised channel). By default all warranties extended by the Manufacturer would extend to you as purchaser.
